For Intersoft, the leading ERP software supplier for the cleaning branch, we are acting as a business accelerator. Through our intermediary Intersoft and ITS Efficiency have concluded a joint venture in Romania in order to market the IT software dedicated to the cleaning branch.
Our Romanian affiliate, inaugurated in November 2005, has concluded its first contract. Assisting a real estate developping company in acquiring the necessary funding for a housing project.
