First 6 month’s 2008

The profitability of XYZ Partners in the year 2007 has continued in the year 2008.

The next projects have been finalized or are still under construction:

- Work at the computer software company Intersoft has been successfully completed

- Synmind: interim CEO at this consultancy and computer software company will be continued in 2008

- Cyber & Mason: consultancy and support of the management will be continued in 2008

- Secufone: consultancy and support of the management will be continued in 2008

- Huweta, support at the purchase of this oil storage company in Amsterdam has been successfully completed

- Peloton, support at this computer software company in the oil & gas industry will be continued

- at two of the subsidiaries of Kenda Capital is in cooperation with Smart Staffing Solutions a CFO seeded as well as an interim CFO

As mentioned in our previous newsletter XYZ Partners had the intention to develop a close relationship with an executive search and a secondment company.

This has concluded in the foundation per January first of 2008 of:

Smart Staffing Solutions B.V.

Smart Staffing Solutions, in which XYZ Partners B.V. is participating for the interim management part, will service you with executive search, secondment and interim-management. Also a new activity for substance directorship has started.

Smart Staffing Solutions B.V. has its premises at the Coengebouw directly on the circular road A10 in Amsterdam.
